Fantastic job. Whenever I get off my bike after a longer ride I think hell these Tri girls go running after this . INSPIRATIONAL.

Outstanding! You are an inspiration to me, just to be around you Ironpeople. Consider this - I think Lance A is as tough as they get, certainly a cycling inspiraton and model of tenacity and perseverence, with his furious determination etched in the record books now. But he also has had access to all the right gear, trainers, nutrition, bikes, time to train, etc he could ever want.

Now consider this - as pointed out elsewhere, Lance is an not an Ironman - but you are! Congratulations!

Also a great write up, it made me feel like I was right there with you!

Great report! I saw you finish- you looked awesome! Did you see where I wrote your name in chalk on the road at about 85 miles, along with the big pigeon?? (Probably not, BF didn't see it either...)

    Congratulations!!

Nanci - you know what is funny, I didn't see my name, but I do remember the pigeon! How funny! Thank you!!

It was really nice to meet you - your bf sounded like he did well. I sure could have used an adjustment at T2! How's he feeling now?

He was a little sore Monday afternoon. Now he's running around down at SWAT Roundup or something...I think he took his photos with him- I was going to hang up the plaque! Did you pictures turn out well? His were great, except for the run.
