    turn in your sleep

after a 24 hour mtb team event, i fell asleep in the car...i was dreaming of the race course and...you know how you "spaz" out when you are falling asleep...i spazzed out in one of the switchbacks! i turned my handlebars and everything...(hubby laughed)

    great topic!!

Oh god! I've had that too! Instead of the usual 'tripping' spaz that sometimes happens as I'm about to fall asleep, I felt like I was falling over on my bike! Scared the you-know-what out of me.

When you are driving and you get all annoyed that the cars in front of you aren't picking up speed down a hill. Don't they see the big uphill in front of us? Why aren't they trying to build momentum at all?!

I do this all the time.

Better than the other way around -- sleeping all night on your ride.

While in the car... I've actually yelled out "HOLE!" I guess trying to point out the hazard to another motorist... my mind always seems to be in bike mode!

When you check your helmet mirror when walking through a parking lot.

Slow down on a curve with gravel when driving the car, while looking for a safe path through.
