Are you asking me to be your lab mouse or to join you in mutual lab mousedom? Probably no Bubba tonight. The experiment just won't be the same. And, I do like such experiments on cold rainy nights.

On the otherhand, I was going to fit the Race Blades to my cross bike tonight. Maybe I should do both so you won't hear me cussing.

BTW, does port go with pumpkin pie? If so, which one? Maybe that's not a good experiment.

You should definitely have red wine before working on the race blades. (I thought Joe was doing that for you?)

All this talk of knitting. I've decided that the first rainy night of the year should be spent curled up in bed with, of course, my knitting, SB chocolate, ruby port, the Wonder Poodle, and Jon Stewart. He's kind of short, but Bubba's out of town so he'll have to do.

I think I'll take the blades to Joe tomorrow because I need to put on the new stem which also means she needs a new front brake cable, and I'm just not in the mood. Though I might wake up and feel a spurt of enthusiasm for dealing with the fenders, but I'm sure the Wonder Poodle would vote for a walk instead. Especially if a pumpkin scone is involved.
