the thing that gets to me is all of the animals that are probably being lost. The small farms and horse ranches and stuff. I actually saw footage of folks leading their horses- and even a couple of llama's out to safety.
It makes me sad to think of the fear those poor animals must be feeling.
Growing up on a ranch I remember my Grandpa just saying to open the gates and let them run, that they would instinctivley run for safety.
