I'm in Missouri and the most I have ever waited is 72hrs from when the order was placed. I try to patronize TE just because of this! Apparently they care about their customers, and I see Susan on here a lot answering any questions. This is the greatest customer service I have seen since Kodak photocopied a camera manual for me and sent it free of charge. Yup, you guessed it, I have purchased Kodak cameras ever since. Just one thing I forgot to say about the Gore jacket:
it stinks.
It keeps the smell of sweat after exercise. Really strongly.
Goes away as soon as you wash it though.
