Mimi-This bra is wonderful. Lets just say I gravity has not been kind to me. So I am a 36 B/C depending on how they roll up into the cups.

I took this one for a test run and a yoga run . This sport bra gets an A+. It was $28.95. The shipping is free, they provide the materials and prepaid sticker for exchanges, check it out: http://www.runningwarehouse.com/descpageWRA-MCMB.html

Ah Paris. I am free. Seriously, I am so sorry you cannot make the arrangements to go. Would he be free over Valentine's?

Wha? 4 hours since anyone posted? Ladies, ladies, ladies. **shaking head in disbelief.**
I've got an excuse, I stayed late at work on a few OR cases. Of course, I also had to have time to eat my Dairy Queen that Joyce fetched. Mmmm... banana split with chocolate, strawberry and caramel toppings. It went down smoooooth. DQ just loves the Radiology Dept.

Since there's been a ton of stuff going on today... group hug. (((group)))

Hey, Knot while you're stomping around, come on over here and have a run at my lumbar region. Ya know, like Mr. Bentley used to do to George Jefferson. I gotta a crick that just won't go away all day. Right at about L3-4. I've tried stretching it out, but nada. Too much OR time makes Cindy an invalid. (you stand in one place for hours sometimes)

All right, guess I'll go grab a glass of milk, some of the choc. chip cookies I made last night, and head out to the hot tub instead. (Some kinda PT you are... won't even fly over here for a house call. )

Child's Pose! If the hot-tub doesn't fix it, try Child's Pose. It's a yoga move that sometimes gets the lats and QL to loosen up enough that the lumbar critters can move again.

Get down on your knees, and sit on your heels.
(bilateral hip adduction to midline, full bilateral ankle plantarflexion, full bilateral knee flexion, 90 degree bilateral hip flexion, ischial tubs contacting calcaneii)

Bend forward at your hips until chest is on thighs and hands are way out front on the floor.
(full hip flexion, full shoulder flexion, forearm pronation)

    Hold 30 seconds.

Walk hands way over to the left.
(left lateral lumbar and thoracic flexion)

    Hold 30 seconds.

Walk hands way over to the right.
(right lateral lumbar and thoracic flexion)

    Hold 30 seconds.

Or you can try double knee to chest (lie on back, hug knees, hold 30 seconds, do 3 times) Or knee sways (hooklying, let knees fall to left, then fall to right for lumbar rotation 20 times).

And next time you're standing in the OR for hours, unlock your knees! Stop hangin' on those "Y" ligaments and use your transversus abdominus instead! (how are your hamstrings?)

ooooh. I don't want to talk about hamstrings, mine are as tight as piano wires.

I'm very sleepy, but I'm also addicted to Top Chef. Do I stay up and watch it, or go sleepy bye.

    Um.... wha?

Doing it the easy way first, hot tubbin'. (Now you know I never listen to my PT!) Time to go get a tad nekkid and eat some cookies. (just 2 cause of the banana split) I'll let ya know how it went if I don't drown.

I wish I knew what kind of wine goes with cookies. Oh, right, dessert wine. duh.
