I'm happy to be an alarm clock. Hmmm....I'm useful to you ladies even down here!!!

I could not get my eyes working this morning...Didn't want to get out of bed at 415am...even the bike ride to the train station was hard on the eyes..ugh..

I don't know about you ladies but is playing football/soccer on one's street at 11pm a bit strange? Some young kids on my street did exactly this last night!!!

To top it off, the wind blew something heavy somewhere at some ungodly hour and woke me up...

I was not a happy camper this morning.

I went to my sports nutritionist appt tonight. The main outcome to start eating more water based foods...A few more things but will let you know more later.

I've joined Calorie king & now have to decide what to eat....

    Good night ladies

well, Knot, it was bound to happen... Even if it was the Grammar Grouches... Why is everyone so surprised about "Kitsune"? Oh, and belts and suspenders, indeed. Bah. I'm fine with belts, but suspenders? Um... If you want, I'll adopt your house and make sure wealth and happiness come your way... (wealth might be other peoples' thongs but hey, when you're yokai, good things are good things, no matter what mere human owns them- and it's better when they're your human!)

FTR, I dont' even know why I'm up this early. DGF had to leave for work at 6:30 but I was up til 1. I need to go back to bed... it's my freakin' day off, too! What am I *thinking?!*

Edit: Er... "things" not "thongs". Tired. Koffee? .mmph. Sleep. kitsu sleep now. *drool*

    "other people's thongs"

Ummm, I really don't find thongs all that appealing.

Yeah, I agree. I just gotta say no to thongs. (forced to see way to many in my line of work.)

Kitsune - that's where I heard it before! **slaps head** Very appropriate for you, I'd say.

I've figured out how to position my laptop on a pedestal table I have so I can now read TE and ride on my trainer at the same time. I'll have to remember to not ride without hands when I'm on the street though. Crash!!

Well, off to a shower and then work.

    Have a beautiful day kids!!

i would know nothing about this.... or setting up a gmail account and fwd all the emails to another person's account so they couldn't un-signup for anything, but still get about 100+ emails a day.

mental note to self.... keep those stupid little cards.

I am experiencing Scharffen Berger bliss....

    MmmmmmmMMMMMmmmmm!

Thank you, BMo3!! This stuff is soooooo good!

(I might eat the whole darn thing in one day!) Luckily she sent me TWO bars, so I have another waiting. Just waiting.... calling my name....

Maybe I should open it now, so it doesn't feel left out.

<opened it> Oh, yeah, that one's yummy, too!

    Happy Dance!

Has Knotted become lugged? We know she has abs of steel. And what's an LBR? Google wasn't much help on that. library? low birth-rate? low-band receiver? Load Balancing Router? long biking relationship?
