Me too..well, I don't even know about how strong when hills are involved.
I did a loop that sounds a bit like that. Hop on the bike, go a few hundred yards, and the hills begin. It's not until maybe mile 10 or so that you get to a fun, fast section. Not great on cold legs. But there's nowhere to start with any fewer hills:

I don't mind a bit of a drive to get out of the stop and go, (I live way down in Foggy Bottom) so long as I can park somewhere. And some of those cue sheets seem so complicated..I'd get lost because I could only memorize so much and I wouldn't want to have to worry about reading the thing all the time.
