My real age is almost 50. The Realage thing put me at 66.5

Seems to think I should eat fruit. I don't like fruit (except bananas) but I love vegetables and have at least 5 different types with our main meal.

Probably also because I smoke and I refuse under any circumstances to fall prey to the cholesterol scam.

I think I'm very healthy (can count on 3 fingers the amount of times I've been ill in the last 20 years, and that was just your average heavy cold/flu) and very active - apart from my born-again cycling, I'm also a dancer and do tap and ballet. I'm also a 1st Kyu Brown Belt in Karate, so I think they've got it a bit wrong. The job I do involves a lot of walking. Keeps me fit

Never mind, it was fun doing the survey.
There are a lot of unwanted, unloved bikes out there - go on give a bike a good home

    color me surprised!

I'm 43, but my "real age" is 39.2. I must have made a mistake. People have been telling me I look 40 since I was 28, and they're still always assuming I am my husband's mother. Well, he's always been such a baby face anyway. Interesting test.

I'm 56, and my *real age* is 45.8!

I'm 46.5 with a realage of 40.9. Breast cancer in family was a problem and I don't floss...

Well, I'm 36 but the test says 33. But most days I feel about 28 so I choose to go by what my body tells me. Of course she could be just messing with me...

I came up with 45.7 - I'll be 50 in March. I already knew the changes I need to make - good to have the confirmation!

I scored a 20.3 - down 6.6 years on reality, but I still got done for bad flossing habits because I only said I flossed six times a week instead of every day!

I haven't gotten my final results, but the more questions I answered the older I got!! I don't know if I knew the answers to some of my numbers if that would have helped, but if the site was to make us feel better, I feel worse...

Well, my birth age is 41yrs, 1 month

They gave me 36.5 as my "real" age.

They said I could lower my age further if I reduced my eating of red meat to once a week (c'mon - I'm a Leo, I'm a carnivore!!!) and if I reduced the quantity and intensity of my exercise (c'mon - I have to increase it if I want to be nationally competitive!!!)

I guess I am at an advantage over some of the women here who cycle, as I have had no serious health issues (the last time I was in hospital was 11 years ago to have my tubes tied), I take no medication/prescription drugs (last time was 4 years ago for a sinus infection, I don't smoke or drink, no history in my family of most of the diseases they list.

Don't take it to heart, Mary - anyone who tells an exercising woman to cut out red meat hasn't got everything 100per! Its interesting, but not a gospel.

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".

I'm 40.8, my RealAge is 38. Among other bizarre things that make me older (like controlling my arthritis with diet and exercise intead of medication I don't need), I apparently exercise TOO MUCH!

I'm jealous of all you ladies who are many years "younger" but thankful I didn't get clocked as an old, old lady!

I hope everyone uses AdAware free from Lavasoft to kill all the spyware this sort of site makes you vulnerable to. And sorry for ending on a preposition, you grammar goddesses.
