We could make our own. Trek420 is partial to the lumberjack song, so how about:
I'm a bikergal and I'm ok, I sleep all night and I bike all day.
I spin up hills, I clip and fall, I stop at the portapotteeeee.
On Sundays I wear a number, and ride a centureee.
Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.

Now that Mimitabby and I wore the colors yesterday on the Seattle TE ride (see pics on yesterday's ride thread and Seattle ride thread), do we qualify to be on the AV map, or do we have to do a charity ride in them first? We did learn some aka_kim vocab ("Meet you by the elephants.").

Either way, consider yourselves eligible for dinner-bumming (why does that sound scary?) in Seattle if you're passing through.

    But of course !

I'm still waiting for that cute pic of Mimitabby and RaleighDon to show up on the map! The only requirements for "membership" in this very exclusive club are ... owning AV gear, and wearing it. Knowing the greeting and theme song is optional, and knowing the aka_kim-isms just makes you weird . I love the photos everyone has posted so far - it's so cool to see the colors on everyone!

We're now at 23 markers, and 5 countries and 10 states!

I think a road trip from SF to Seattle to Vernon may be in order.

I did manage to score a jersey, but it hasn't had an outing yet. I've only got a get-about type bike here. It sucks. It doesn't deserve to be seen with my AV jersey. You'll just have to wait until I get back to the UK for my contribution to the map.
