I see you are in Belgum. I was in Bruges last year. It was lovely. Unfortunately it was before I started cycling as it would have been great to hire a bike to get around the city. I've heard Prague isn't really a bicycle friendly city.

I wasn't into cycling when we went to Prague so I don't really remember...
If you want really bicycle friendly - Amsterdam is the place to be
- the sheer volume of bikes is incredible!! LOL
Belgium - a lot of people where my husband works are afraid to cycle in Belgium ( and some of these people are Belgians!
) - they are afraid of the Belgain drivers ( and with good reason )

About 60 degrees, according to weather.com. March/April average 70-80 degrees.
