    Nooooooooo not the kookaburra song!

However weird/boring I thought this place got at midnight, it's even moreso at 4am. It's so weird... sooo quiet. It's a full facility, everyone's still on shift, but it suddenly got veeery quiet around 3 and it's still almost silent, b/c no one wants to break the near-silence... all I hear is the machinery. *twilightzone music*

At least you don't have to feel like you're alone tonight, Beta and Miz Canuck. You've got at least a token state-sider (sorta) here...

Beta - you are a sick, sick woman. That monkey video is........ But I watched the whole thing. And I'll probably pass it on to some friends, because I am a sick, sick woman too.
Heh. Imagine the mental illness of the person who wrote and/or filmed that. No wonder so many drugs were done here in the late 60's. It was to rid the demons of the previous decade.

I was there for a month with my family, so a lot of places. My dad traveled a lot for business when I was a kid, so he had enough miles to get us there. We flew into Sydney, then traveled up the east coast to the reef. I don't recall how far north we went. Then we went inland a little and saw the Blue Mountains as we headed south to Melbourne. Then looped along the south coast back to Sydney. I was 12 at the time. It was very cool.

I feel like I slack off most nights. I'm always so dang tired I fall asleep as the convo is going on here. Last night I was out though, so I have a valid excuse. Honest.

I think it may have finally stopped raining here. Today is my first actual day of classes for the fall term. I have 4 today, 9am to 9:30pm. There's a 3 hour break in there around lunch time at least. Bring on the starbucks!

I only had time for TD. gotta run take a shower and get ready to go to the job-of-unprofessionalism. I am not filled with waves of contentment for my job.

I wanna ride my bike instead.

The owners are there today, so I shouldn't find any thong underwear wrappers in patient's charts today.

I've taken a half day off, will go to work then plan to head to the dojo after. My toe is still bugging me but the Wednesday class shouldn't hurt.

I'm right where it says GNV

Actually, I'm underground at work, bored out of my mind from all the No Shows, but I may go on a field trip to where I can see outside.

Ernesto is downgraded to a tropical depression now, not even a tropical storm any more. I wonder if it's going to be clear tomorrow when I'm on vacation?
