One thing I forgot to mention about the Marin Century & Mt. Tam Double was the maps. They gave out very good quality multi-colored maps for each route, printed on heavyweight coated paper. Very nicely done.

It sounds like you had fun. I'm jealous! Glad to hear you all taught Rod the secret AV hand signal. So when he comes here to ride later this month, I'm sure he'll flash it as he passes me. I'm impressed that he wears his AV jersey on the organized rides. I've not known him to do such in the past (usually he used to just wear a plain jersey).
