I went to the Saris website, and told it to show me non-hitch racks for the Abarth(It comes standard with the spoiler) out popped the Grand Fondo (http://www.saris.com/en/bike-racks/v...&category_id=7) which looks like it will work, plus it has the eye-talian name (Cinquecento car, Bacchetta bike, Gran Fondo rack) May call around and get some quotes on a hitch.
