My helmet with its rinky dink little visor doesn't give a lot of sun protection on my face. I ride early (I'm already home from this morning's ride) but as my rides get longer and longer I can't avoid the sun. Yes, I lather up with sun screen and I know I'll have to carry it with me for longer rides to keep it on.

Does anything exist which gives a little more shade to the face? The visor covers such a small patch of the face, the very-very front only, and forget about even shading the cheeks. If that visor, short as it is, had more of a wrap around feature around your head it would be more useful.

Does anything exist like that? Or, if you want to simulate a wide brimmed hat (or if not wide-brimmed, at least one that wrapped more around your head and not only shaded the front), what do you do?
