Apparently I've been doing things properly, because I felt MUCH better after my bike commute today than last weekI do think I tweaked the sartorius but it is on the mend. Stretch, stretch, more stretching, foam rolling and the massage ball carefully applied appears to have taken care of things.
Oh yes, I also backed wayyyyy off on the weights this week and took two real rest days![]()
Maybe I am finally learning?
