I posted about my ride in the Labor Day Weekend thread, but I had a quick question. It was about 64˚F this morning when I left for my 22 mile ride with a stiff wind of 20+. Now, normally, on this ride I drink about 2 liters of water before all is said and done - but, normally, on this ride it's about 110˚ outside. Today I barely drank at all - is that ok? I never felt dehydrated or thirsty (just wind whipped). Do you have to hydrate as much in cool weather as in hot? Certainly I was sweating, but not nearly as much as usual. What's typical intake for you ladies in more pleasant parts of this country?

Thanks!
