Kat, I have a feeling that you'll breathe better at altitude than you think you will, considering the humidity you've been training in.

Speaking of humidity ... it's been unreal here. I've been comparing the weather in Ohio and Florida, and it's actually hotter and more humid in Ohio. So I've been keeping it short and easy and trying to acclimate little by little.

A little under four on Tuesday - calibrating the footpod in a new velcro pouch I got that lets me transfer it between shoes without wearing out the clip. And this morning I went to the end of the block and back, a little over four - by the time I got back the heat index was already 101°.

I don't know if I'm even going to do the club ride tomorrow....
