7rider, don't feel like the loan ranger going slow. That is what I'm doing. I had my first week of actual mileage. Today makes 16 miles for the week. I can not think of when I did that last.

These runs/hikes are on the trail so that makes me feel that much better. I just hope I will be able to loose some of this weight I have aquired since this whole thyroid thing came up about a year or so ago now. But I have to run 35 miles to loose 3500 calories or one pound. So this could take awhile.

I am trying to eat more proteins, fewer carbs (WW when I do), and more veggies and fruit intake. Lots of water and zero carbonated drinks. I do crystal light now and then.
