I picked up a new saddle last week. In many ways, much better. However, my right knee is now sore in gears that were perfectly fine on my old saddle. The problem spot is the inner side of the top of the knee cap, right around where I'm guessing there's a muscle, tendon or ligament attachment. (Human anatomy is not my strong point.)
My saddle is in roughly the same place the old one was, just about all the way forward. I'm thinking that any slight change in position, plus just sitting on the bike differently, may have set it off or, uh, informed me of the need for a cleat tweak. I'm not sure of the cleat tweak though because it's not the same sort of pain as the left knee on the trainer--and I know that needs a cleat tweak.
Any thoughts or adjustment tips?
