I am home visiting my mother and she took me out under the freeway over pass on Sunday at 8am to attend her ladies hooping. They hooped the pants off of me, (triathlete) and loved it! I didn't love it so much. My hips hurt after, but boy they are out there for an hour, and then my mother hoops in the kitchen for five minutes here and there...all kind of fun!
