Bike parking hub with facilities

A new option at a public transit hub in Tempe, Arizona (near Phoenix)... staffed by experienced cyclists, with showers, lockers, tools, etc etc. Sounds pretty neat.

It's not in my area, but I'm still excited that something like this is opening in my state!

Do any of you use a facility like this elsewhere in the country/world? I find the semi-public nature of it sort of interesting--you need to be a member, but it seems like pretty much anyone who commutes by bike can join.
