I ran 40 minutes yesterday morning and felt AMAZING. I actually felt like I was *running* as opposed to my usual jog (which I call "trotting" ) I really really hope that the running Susan is the one who shows up for the race on Sunday. Tomorrow morning I have an easy 30 minute run planned; just enough to stay loose and limber. Saturday I'll ride my bike to pick up my race packet, so I'll have an easy, relaxing 25 miles on the bike. Then it's race day!

Should be kinda crazy at the start. I was looking at some of last years results and some people have 4 or 5 or even 6 minutes between their gun time and their chip start time. Zowie. I've never done an event where it took that long to make it to the start line.
