Hi All,
I just had to share this. This morning I hooked Quinn (the cannondale) up to the trainer, put in my headphones, hopped on, and started pedaling. Less than 3 minutes later, my rear end was sideways. I got off and my seat was pointing at my couch rather than my handle bars. I pushed it back to where it needed to be, got my little tool out and went to tighten the screw that holds the seat on the seat post and pop...off came the seat. The screw wasn't loose, the seat post was firm, but my seat was in my hand.
I called the bike shop, took it down there and the guy said, "Whoa! That's so weird!" Yep, I thought so too. I have no idea what the terminology is to describe this properly. So anyway. They swapped out the seat post for me. (I got one that is solid instead of the springing one I had before)

Heh, I also got a trainer tire put on, since I was down there. My partner is still laughing because it is bright orange. I'll admit it is pretty funny.
Okay, so that's what happened today. When i got back and spent some time rearranging my seat so that it fit better and took off on the trainer. By the way, do trainer miles count for miles a week? Just curious.

I'm done now. Have a great day everyone.
Gray
