I just changed my bars (interrupters and all)...and was htinking about those torquing charts....

1......how do you know how much to tighten certain bols...like the face plate on my stem....or the bolt holding the shifters onto the bar...all places one might lean on....


2......Is there anything I should double check before I wrap the bars?
