I got irritated when I went around a woman pushing a stroller in the bike-lane so she could talk with her friend on the side walk. There was a DOG in the stroller.
I know there are ways to take your dog for a walk/ride, with a "Springer" attachment for example. Urban dog mushing is getting popular too.
