But unfortunately, that's not the reason I'm so overweight now. I'm just plain lazy. I gotta get off this self-defeating train!! I'm not one of those people who is doing everything right and just not losing (at least, not at the moment). For me, I'm not even doing it right.

I've not been inspired and I've just been too preoccupied with other things to get back on track like I should have.
