K, I agree, it is less painful to just keep moving. I just started reading UltraMarathon Man...and last night Dean just finished his frst 100 mile race, the Western States....he talks about coming into the transitions, and sitting down and hanging out...and then having a terrible, terrible time getting started again.
He also described what they eat on the run...blech, belch, barf....pizza, while running...amazing folks...you long, long distance people....
