for all the blister advice. I wear the double layer socks and they save me from heel blisters. I have used Body Glide on the bad bits when they're already hurting and I should just remember to do it before they hurt.
I'll check into the socks too!
I did a track workout yesterday but it was on the treadmill due to torrential rain. I just joined a new gym and the treadmills were soooo nice.
So my rules are:
Preventative blister control
Eat/drink more after I run.
(I felt so good after friday's perfect run that I got home and showered then we went to dinner. Instead of eating something right when I finished, I waited until we got to the restaurant. Where I drank wine and not water. I felt it on Saturday....anyway I think I need to put up a list near my running shoes of what not to do.)
