Explanation of your handle: It goes back to having to pick a screen name for AIM in college. At the time, I wanted a blue beetle. Now I see that it's kind of impracticle, especially with the biking addiction (I love my Subaru).

Favorite bike: I know if I choose a favorite, the others will somehow find out and start getting a plethora of flats or suddenly the brakes will fail on a steep downhill.

What's in your stable? I swear I'm not a Kona rep, but... Kona King Kikapu, Kona Jake the Snake, Kona Cinder Cone

Fastest speed on a road bike? I prefer dirt....so 28 mph on singletrack

Most memorable moment on my bike:
I have far too many memorable crashes (headfirst into a tree, headfirst into the ground, landing on the end of my bars and having a purple ODI imprint bruised on my ribs), being attacked by yellow jackets after running over a hive...And then there's the nice kind of memorable like riding on the wheels of some of the fastest guys in my club (OK, it was for 5 min. and then I was dropped, but it was the BEST 5 minutes!).

Most fun ever had on a bike?
5 days spent riding and hanging out at Kingdom Trails in VT with a group of friends and a sweet condo right on the trail.
