My calves are hurting SO much during and after my run today. I am SO fed up. I am ONLY doing 2 min run 1 min walk. I stretch before, during and after. I only run 3X a week, never two days in a row. I have not increased more than 10% per week. I have $400 worth of orthotics. What ELSE am I supposed be doing??????????
