It was actually -2 this morning here (C as always) and we ran at 7:30, a bit before sunrise. The skies are so beautiful and clear and blue and pink. We even witnessed the moon set, a big orange balloon slipping behind the mountains. I think this is why I run. I feel so privileged...

You're right. I went out after school and although it was warmer (-8?) my fingers were cold (crappy gloves). After 10 minutes, I felt warmer and by 15 minutes, I had taken off my gloves.

3.6 km in 27 min. 1:30 run 1:00 walk.
