Hey Teresa! I'm in Durham (not too far), but I'm sadly probably a little slower than you are. Check the Tarwheels (if you haven't done so) - www.tarwheels.org - lots of rides in the C pace, and generally a good group of folks to ride with. They have a "chat" and an official mailing list - great places to find more local riders
