I forgot to answer about my riding, I ride 30 miles a day and have not had any problems with it. I feel like I could go all day but other priorities don't allow that! I feel better on my bike then off of it. It really helps with the morning sickness I have been having.
If you feel good I don't think the size of your belly should be a problem with the upcoming ride. Just make sure you are feeling stable enough, don't want any risks of falls. That is one of my concerns, I ride on a nice easy route and keep my speed down to avoid greater risks.
