LOL.. well yeah, the nuts part is a given...

helmet is less than a year old. Bell, which I have worn before... it fits better than any I've had and was the cheapest I've bought. Go Figure

I bought it one day when I caught the train with some friends to San Juan Capistrano and we rode back to San Diego... 1/2 way there I realized I'd left my helmet in the back seat! (Now I have the Bike Cube!) DOH! Stopped at the 1st bike shop and bought one.

My forehead has been itching for a while and it finally dawned on me WHY... now I gotta figure out what to do about it...

I've never looked... are the pads replaceable?
