I read about this a long time ago, and it really does work for me. You eat whatever the heck you want, as much as you want.
Lost about 50 or 60 lbs. Don't know exactly, don't really care. I feel good, my cholesterol is down, and food is yummy rather than guilt-ridden.
I agree Knot. I do not forbid myself any food and have lost 75+ and a lot of inches.
