Too funny! I'm amazed that you'd be propelled forward. Everytime I've seen someone's bike fall of a trainer they just kinda tip over.

My very first road race (after having coached racers for a couple of seasons) I was hit with incredible nervousness. I won't go into the whole ordeal of 20 trips to the porta-potty, changing clothes 10 times, etc, but the worst thing was the trainer. The team was set up under our tents (about 20 of us total). Everyone was totally cool about me finally being able to race. We had Giana Roberge there as our strategy coach. And I forgot to swap the skewer on my bike. I think you all can imagine what happened next.
