Sigh. I've been trying to figure out why I feel so exhausted lately. It's not cause I don't sleep enough cuz I'm getting about 7 hrs of sleep a night... It's pretty much at this point do whatever I have to do during the day (ie. work, some combination of running, martial arts, biking or none of the above), then come home and want to just crawl into bed. Then I wake up the next day adn still feel exhausted. Anyone else feel this way or have suggestions for how I can stop feeling so darn tired all the time?
