I have mapped out a ride plan though, detailing our miles, breaks, pace, and how long we can stop for rest stops. I typically would NOT do this, but since we have to make it to Hell's Gate/60 miles by 12:30 PM, a plan had to be made.

We have body glide, new shorts, cycling jerseys, camelbak's, gloves, sunblock, gel shots, and positive attitudes.

Hopefully,we are ready.

Good luck to the both of you!!! Have fun!!! You will love it and have soo much fun! I did my first one last Saturday and already can't wait for the next one!
