Yosemite. We pretty much go every year with DH's parents, his sister and her family. We camped at Tuolomne Meadows 4 days and then spent a few days at Wawona (with a real room - though for us, sharing a DOUBLE bed is worse than camping!Originally Posted by salsabike

My BIL and I did a 13 1/2 mile hike one day with the most amazing view I have ever seen. I will post a pic of that but it won't do it justice. We did it in about 4 1/2 hours, which was pretty zippy - included some sitting by a lake to contemplate my new blister.
