Yes! Isaac is so named because I got him from a shelter when I thought Ariel had gone missing forever. I wanted joy back in my life, so I named him for laughter. The day after I brought him home, a neighbor found Ariel (whose name means Lion of God). Poor little beast was down 20% of her body weight and was terrified. She'd run out the door one day when I was bringing in laundry. I didn't notice she was gone until the next morning, because she can be (or was) a pretty secretive cat. Can't even tell you how miserable I was with her gone. She was gone for 7 days. I went out looking for her morning and night...put up signs all over the neighborhood...and of course she was found under the bushes of a neighbor's house. Fortunately she had a collar and tag on.

She was not thrilled to find Isaac in her home! Took about 6 months before she could look at him without hissing. They're best buddies now, 14 years later.
