Peanut butter ice cream.......

Oh, right, the cassette. Sorry to discuss cycling, but now that I have...
I have a Bianchi Veloce with a triple chain ring. I bought a 13-29 cassette to replace the stock 12-25. The manager of the LBS is kind of a character. Or a lunatic, depending on how honest I'm feeling. I was there with my bike to pick up the cassette and he told me emphatically that I'd need a new rear derailleur. I was pretty sure this was not true, and since he was going on and on about how many years he's been a bike mechanic, I put 2 & 2 together and said, "I'll just take the cassette, nevermind my bike." He grabbed the bike and put it on the stand and proceeded to change the cassette. So much for my escape. Anyway, of course it shifted fine. That was enough for him, and I've learned that I don't care for this man, so that was enough for me, too.

My other deal is that I'm coming out of denial about having pains in my back, in between my shoulder blades. I thought they'd go away after riding more - like it's a beginner's thing. So I would benefit from another fitting exercise, and I figure my best bet (and cheapest one) is to back to the store in SF. I may need to raise the handlebars or something. Then maybe I'll have a nice ride around the city, which is my original stomping ground.
