I drove support for the front part of the mountain. What a gorgeous ride!

Did you guys have a great day? We were at the second rest stop for DMD on Morgan territory until about 10:30. Then we drove over to Windy Gap on Hamiliton to be a water stop.

It was great fun. The last guy got to us at about 6:30.

I wondered if I would see you. We talked to one of your SAG guys when we stopped to help a woman with a flat tire. She wasn't with either group, but we had a floor pump! Much better than than those little ones. I almost asked him, "Hey do you know a woman named snapdragen?" 'cause I couldn't remember your real name! But it looked like he had riders in the vehicle that he was taking in.

    Have a good day!

Happy Birthday Letty! What a great way to celebrate! I am in awe of everyone that rode yesterday. Mt Hamilton is on my list of "things to do", don't know when, but it's there!

Veronica - it was great! Gorgeous day, fantastic riders - I had such a good time, I almost didn't want to leave when my shift ended.

Thom and I want to do it as a century (give or take) ride out of Livermore. We'd do it as an out and back, self supported.

    Post gorgeous ride

    Hi Veronica,
That should be a great ride for you and Thom. It is a beautiful area and the weather is getting nicer and nicer. And climbing from Livermore, I assume you will climb Mt. Hamilton from the back but it does look steeper and people say it is a hard 8 mile climb.
Many of my friends I was riding with yesterday are trainning for the Death Ride in July.
That is my goal for next year!

I'll wait until it cools down a little. It was 93 here today! April weather is so weird.
