Just wondering if any of you eat semolina for brekkie?? (yes, i know to add flavourful items to it!!)

I bought some & am wondering how it compares to Oatmeal? To be more specific, have you noticed any difference in energy output after eating Semolina for brekkie?

Oh yes... and I love this!

It's a spice cake with full of flavor and fibers. It's a medieval recipe that is still very popular. It has less than 2 percent fat and is perfect as a snack during rides. If you eat this in the morning you don't feel hungry till noon...

I use it to make this recipe too:

    yum

I had semolina w banana & honey this morning before venturing off onto the singlerack and it worked well for me. It didn't make me go to the toilet straight after like normal oats do. It kept me going for quite a while & will eat it again on my dirt training rides.

    Yum Yum!
