Weigh in this week - 183.8
    WOOOO HOOO !!

This past week had ups and downs. I had some very unhealthy food last saturday, but I changed my attitude sunday. I went from riding about 20 miles a week to 50 this week. I am starting to see a little shape in my legs, something I have longed for forever! I bought some comfortable shoes ..cant afford the cleats yet. I also got the terry butterfly saddle, because the one I have - makes my rides miserable after a while. I am shocked I lost this much as I am very very bloated, and Ive been on birth control one month now, so my cycle is all off...

Month one down! I KNOW I will surpass my goal in month 2!
    Good Luck Ladies!!

I am the same at 154 which is exactly what I was hoping for. Now I hope it isn't a plateau and that I can begin to slide some more off!

Hm...I have been eating out the whole week because the kitchen has been occupied so I can't cook. I hate, hate, hate it.

147.5 for me this week. Well, at least i'm still below 150, and despite feeling heavy, at least I don't hit 148.5-149 anymore.

Weight loss for me is weird. I'll be stuck in a certain range for a few weeks, before I lose another 4 lbs and then i'll be stuck at that range. Can't wait for the next 4 lbs to drop off. Perhaps I need to get my remaining wisdom teeth pulled out? That will force me to eat soup and jello for the next few weeks!

Haven't weighed in yet today, but just a note. Can I tell you how good it looks and feels to lose four pounds? It's exciting, and so far this has been good.

For me, I really haven't increased my activity level a whole lot, just cut back on the amount of food I eat as a whole. Keeping it to breakfast, lunch, and dinner has made a huge difference. As someone posted before, feeling your stomach grumble when you're actually hungry is somewhat exciting, because I know I'm eating when I'm hungry, not just when I feel like it

    sigh...

The weight is back to 136.5 lbs.. and thats not even with an accurate scale. still havent bought that scale.. maybe its time to go shopping NOOOOOOTTTT... NO SHOPPING. MORE RIDING D!

only managed to squeeze out 85 miles this week.. so depressing. This school schedule is a killer, and by the time i get home its so late and i'm so tired I don't even feel like riding...I hardly have the energy to wash up and go to bed. not to mention eating all three meals out everyday because I have no time to prepare any food..

hopefully things will be better soon. I am moving to on campus accomodation. The campus is also situated on a bunch of hills and just off campus is a very long very straight very flat stretch of road. I've already got in touch with a bunch of guys who are on campus and they are taking their bikes with them onto campus too. So hopefully I'll be able to do some riding or running with a bunch of guys every night and be that stronger rider I wanna be! (also fit into a size 8 and eventually a size 6...)

keep working hard everyone. One more month to go!! WE CAN DO IT!!

    D'oh, arriving too late again.

Is there another challenge planned for September/October?

Okay, (if I'm back on this thing) My weigh in as of this morning is 139.5.

I haven't really clocked in any exercise these last 2 weeks, unless you count 5 rounds of golf, (all by cart) and a 1.5 hour hilly walk yesterday.
