I had my first pro bike fit

And kudos to everyone in the DC area who recommended Proteus bike shop to me. I went there and 90 minutes later, there is nothing adjustable on my bike that hasn't been changed.
It's like a brand new bike!! I had already gone out for a short ride earlier in the day, and given my shoulder issues I figured it best to not go out again. That, plus how hot out it is and my car AC being broken made me even hotter, and not in a good way. 
But I can't wait to go out for another ride tomorrow and see how it all feels!!

It is too hot definitely. I swam today instead. Glad Jill could help you out. I so wish I lived closer to that LBS. Let us know how the new ride works out.

glad it fits you well!
i just bought mine last week, and still waiting for the shop to call me to get fitted... and it needs some adjustments.. nonetheless, ive gone about 50 miles so far!
