4 miles here. It felt better for a while then my stomach burned and my legs hurt. I thought I was going slow but according to my watch, I was faster than normal. I slowed down and figured I wouldn't walk because either a) I would keel over and barf then feel better, b) I'd stay feeling bad but what's the worst that can happen?, or c) it'd go away. It mostly went away but it took close to the end of the run for that to happen. I did run some extra hills because uphills were the only thing that didn't hurt Of course that made me tired but such is life.

3.2 miles today. My run was kinda like teigyr's: I felt like I was dying, especially in the last 1/2 mile, but put in a great time at this distance and didn't even realize it until I was done and looked at my watch.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...
