Thanks for the link! That's enough articles to keep me distracted from work all day long! I like the ones on peanut butter and the one titled "Carbohydrates and the Glycemic Index" is something I mentioned in a previous post. High GI foods are great and necessary post tough workout.
Thanks. This looks like a really useful resource from a well known writer. I am a huge fan of peanut butter. PB&J sandwiches on whole wheat bread are easy to make and carry with me to the clinic, hospital, or on a ride. They don't need refrigeration, and always taste good, no matter how smushed.![]()
