I haven't seen those here - the high school crowd's a little different, though. They're huge on the regular and regular high top Converse.
Speaking of fashion, Em informed me that her former third grade teacher is one of the few remaining on some show "Fashion Star" - basically a reality TV for budding fashion designers. Very cool. She's sold a lot of stuff to Saks, etc., through this show.Sarah

My almost-14-yr-old daughter's been wearing a pair exactly like that for about the last year. She's grown out of them now and wants new ones. Will someone tell these kids to please stop growing?

My 16 year old has finally been in the same size shoes for almost 2 years. It stops soon.

You can tell her, "get a job (babysitting/yardwork) and pay for them yourself". It doesn't stop them growing but it teaches them a lot of things and helps your wallet too. Originally Posted by climbergirl
