Got a recipe from a co-worker and I sort of revamped it -
1 cup Oats
Flaxseed
Coconut Flakes
1/3 cup+/- Honey
Peanut Butter
Nutella
I put the oats, flaxseed and coconut in a food processor, then mixed the rest together, put in the refrigerator for about a 1/2 hour, then rolled into balls. Should keep in the refrigerator about a week(they won't last that long for me. I usually just eyeball measurements, next time I'll try chocolate chips, maybe a little protein powder.
Anyone have any homemade energy bar recipes or any other suggestions to add???

), but I will try it with almond butter and Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter.  I wonder if I can partially dehydrate them so I can take them on long bike rides without as much melting.
